Joint CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS)
Essential Qualification: M.Sc or equivalent degree / Integrated BS-MS / BS-4 years / BE / B.Tech / B.Pharma / MBBS with at least 55% marks for General (UR) and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates.
Upper Age Limit & Relaxation: Maximum 28 years as on 01-01-2019 for JRF(NET) {upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC / ST / Persons with Disability (PwD) / female applicants and 03 years for OBC (non creamy layer) applicants}. No upper age limit for Lectureship (NET).
Subjects: Life Sciences & Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences.
